Tropic Aura is an Indian brand dedicated to sustainability. We create functional and stylish travel products from upcycled plastic waste collected from rivers and oceans across India. Every purchase supports environmental restoration and community-led cleanups.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing or using our website:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a guardian.
You agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and all other applicable policies referenced herein.
You agree not to misuse the website or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to deny access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts without notice if we believe any user is in breach of our policies or applicable laws.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent.
We may cancel or refuse orders due to limited stock, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or redirected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Payments are securely processed via Cashfree, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and other available methods.
Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, courier issues).

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Tropic Aura, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions, such as the product being unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Cancellations can be made within 6 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our policy.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can also track the status of your order anytime through our Order Tracking page.

8. Product Warranty

Tropic Aura owns and actively protects a portfolio of utility patents, design patents, and registered trademarks covering our product innovations, engineering techniques, visual identities, brand names, and logos. All intellectual property—whether related to technology, product design, or brand expression—is protected under applicable laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Environmental & Social Responsibility

We actively partner with NGOs and cleanup teams to remove plastic from Indian rivers and oceans. Our production processes follow ethical labor practices and circular design principles.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tropic Aura is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Misuse of products by the customer
Delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers, payment providers)
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

Use of our website and products is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
