At Tropic Aura, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to suggest alternatives or issue a full refund.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

3. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India's most trusted logistics aggregators, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shiprocket selects the most efficient courier service (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, etc.) based on your delivery location and product weight.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote Areas or Northeast India: 6–9 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or high volume during festivals or sales.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
  • You can also track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page on our website.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If you're not available, they may contact you via phone or SMS.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

If your order is returned due to non-availability, you may be required to pay the re-shipping cost.

 

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics
  • Courier network issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Tropic Aura is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist you in resolving issues as best we can.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
