Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Tropic Aura, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a clear and simple return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item is in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition.

The original tag is intact and attached to the product.

The item is returned in its original packaging with all included components (e.g., pouches, accessories, inserts).

Only one return or exchange is allowed per product per order.

Note: We inspect all returned products. Any signs of use (e.g., scratches, stains, odours, structural deformation) or missing tags will make the product ineligible for return or exchange.

 

2. Returns

If you wish to return your item:

You may request a refund to your original payment method after the product passes a quality check.

A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Returns must be shipped using the return label or instructions provided by our support team.

 

3. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

A different color or variant of the same product (subject to availability).

A replacement in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.

 

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that:

Show visible signs of use or wear

Have been washed, modified, or physically damaged after delivery

Are returned without the original tag or missing components

Are requested for return after 7 days from the delivery date 

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product.

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per the return policy.

 

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

Visit our Contact Us page or email our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Once the product is received and approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days.
